What packaging is required?
Cubs Courier does everything we can to ensure your packages arrive safely. Parcels should be fully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Choose suitable materials. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate packaging and labeling is used.
Can I pay my invoice with a credit card?

How do I get information about who signed for my shipment?
Call the office for information from our Proof of Delivery document which confirms receipt of delivery.
Can I have my shipment left without a signature?

Who is responsible for lost shipments?
Signatures are required for deliveries (unless instructed otherwise), therefore the customer will be responsible for lost shipments.
Is there a waiting time charge?
Yes. Additional charges may be applied if the driver has to wait at either pickup or delivery, depending on what type of courier service you have requested.

What is the difference between Same Day Service vs. Overnight Delivery?
Same day gets there that day while overnight delivery gets there the next day. We deliver almost Anything Anytime Anywhere. This means that no matter how last minute your delivery needs are, we can take care of them.

How do you calculate delivery rates?
Delivery rates are determined by distance of the delivery, when delivery needs to be delivered by, type of vehicle necessary for the delivery, and the personnel needed to make the delivery.
